Studio 31 Membership – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a Studio 31 membership. By signing up, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Overview

  • A Studio 31 membership includes one class per week

  • Classes are delivered over 45 teaching weeks per year

  • All classes are taught by Studio 31’s sole instructor

  • Memberships are charged via a monthly subscription

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are calculated as follows:

  • £25 per class

  • 45 classes per year

  • Spread evenly across 12 months

Monthly membership fee: £93.75

A £2 monthly administration fee is added to help cover payment processing and subscription costs.

Total monthly payment: £95.75

Membership fees are charged monthly regardless of attendance or the number of classes in a given month.

3. Minimum Membership Term

  • All memberships have a minimum commitment of two (2) months

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled during this initial period

4. Cancellation Policy

After the minimum term:

  • Memberships may be cancelled with one (1) month’s written notice

  • Notice must be given by email

  • Membership fees (including the administration fee) remain payable during the notice period

  • No refunds are given for part‑used months

5. Attendance & Missed Classes

  • Membership allows attendance at one class per week

  • Memberships do not pause

  • Missed classes are not refundable

6. Carry‑Forward Class Credits

Studio 31 understands that occasional absences may occur.

  • Option to swap class with minimum 24 hrs notice (this allows you to miss a class and make it up later in the same week, subject to availability) 

  • This is intended to allow for illness, or adverse conditions

  • Credits must be used within a timeframe agreed with Studio 31

  • Credits are not guaranteed, transferable, or refundable

    8. Studio Schedule & Cancellations

  • Studio 31 operates on a 45‑week teaching year

  • Classes do not run during planned breaks or studio closures

  • As there is one instructor, classes may occasionally be cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances

  • Where possible, an alternative class or credit will be offered

9. General Terms

  • Memberships and credits are for the named member only

  • Memberships and credits are non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash

  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times

  • Studio 31 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary

10. Sign‑Up

By completing your membership sign‑up and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Memberships start from your first class and is taken on that day each month.
